Terms and Conditions




A £25 deposit must be received prior to collection of passengers.  






All invoices are to be paid in full at the start of your journey.
Invoices are issued in English pounds (Cheque payments must be made with cheque guarantee card 14 days prior to your date of hire).


All Deposits will be lost with Cancellations made by the hirer and no refund is redeemable.


Increases in journey distance at the request of the client (not previously arranged by our office), will be charged extra according to the additional mileage covered and time taken.


For longer running contracts Interest charges will be levied on all overdue invoices.


Extra Passengers cannot be brought on to any vehicle without prior consent from the 1st choice mini-coach office.


The volume of luggage must be disclosed on booking, extra luggage will only be accommodated if space allows.  A reasonable amount of luggage is allowed, but luggage, which, in the opinion of the driver, amounts to excessive weight, may not be carried.  The Company accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to luggage or any other item; however such loss or damage may be caused.





In the case of Airport Transfers, customers will be allocated 1 hour to meet your return transfer bus from when the plane lands. If you encounter a problem you must contact the driver.


In the event of the Company being unable, for reasons beyond its control, to provide a vehicle for the performance of the contract, the Company shall have the right to obtain the due performance of its obligations hereunder by a third party.






Due to current Government Legislation and Health & Safety all minibuses are
non-smoking and no food or alcohol to be consumed.






Wearing of seat belts is compulsory.


All animals must be disclosed on booking form and will only be transported in secure boxes.  The company reserves the right of refusal.


For Airport transfers, we operate a range of minibuses with a capacity from 4 seats to 16 seats and, for the larger group we may use more than one vehicle. 


Our policy is to re-new our vehicles when needed in order to maintain a new fleet at all times.


Our drivers are handpicked for their discretion and knowledge of the roads in England.  All of our drivers hold Public Service Vehicle Licences and we require them to have a minimum of two years experience.






Any interior damage to vehicles (including cleaning of heavily soiled seats) will be billed to the person who hired the vehicle at a cost of £25 per seat cleaned. 


Drivers will stay with there vehicle when at airports and ports, and so it is your responsibility to recognise your bus when returning to the coach park. In certain circumstances the chauffeur/driver may meet you or your clients in the arrivals terminal after passport control and customs.  In such instances he will have your/their name on a board, so you/they should be able to identify him right away.






On private hire contracts, only the agreed drop off points and pick up points will be made.






A waiting time of 15 minuits after the agreed time of pick up will be granted on private hired contracts. (Airport contracts 1 hour.)


All our prices are quoted in English pounds and you will only pay the price you have been quoted.

Day Hire

Day hire is deemed as 12 Hours i.e. 9am-9pm.

The first pick up must be made before 12am If the first pick up is booked after 12am the hire charge is double.

 If Time over-run's A charge of £20.00 per Hr will be added to final bill.

Milage is limited to 200 miles. If the mileage exeeds 200 miles a charge of £2.00 per mile will be added to the final bill.
